Speaking on the controversal topic of mock meat, these 'meat' are usually made of wheat gluten, tofu, soy, mushroom stems and fungus. They are sources of essential amino acids and protein. I would say they are nice additions to the variety of vege food, but not a main source of nutrition for vegetarians. But, the 2 things to be cautious of is the choice of 'natural flavourings VS artificial flavourings' and the preparation method of mock meat. it's all about making informed choices.Anyway enough said, here's my first post of FattiVeggi food:
